Benihana in Orlando

Celebrating our 35 year anniversary! The sevice and food was excellent! I'd highly recommend chef Samurai, his cooking and show was great! My wife and I had a great time! Definitely going back again!

Service was no good. Food had no flavor. Not sure what happened to this location I remember it being much better.

A group of Eight of us went as a group to dine and watch the chef work his magic on the grill and to enjoy each other's company. A word of advice is to make your group reservations early to get the time you want as they fill up fast. Everyone at our table ordered something different and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals completely and all said they would definitely eat at Benihana again. Lastly at this location near Disney Springs, the restaurant is in the Hilton and you have to park in the Hilton gated parking lot but if you give the front desk personnel your gate ticket they will validate it for you.

It’s been years since I’ve been back here. Wish we had one back home still. But this will always be a memorable location in Orlando. Glad to have gone back. Best Hibachi restaurant in the world.

The usual, and expected show with decent food. Our grill was not working, so our chef shared the grill next to us. We came with a large group. The group next to us was seated after us, but finished 20 minutes before us. Most of our food was served in the wrong order, as our rice was the last item cooked and served. Alot of scurrying around to fix grills, but no apologies from management, nor even an offer of free dessert.

Love the food. My favorite place to go to dinner with the family. So personable. Great food. A nice picture at the end.

We always have a great time when we come here 😊 our chef Donnie was awesome and very entertaining during our evening. They were kind enough to cook the shrimp last because of my moms allergy, I really enjoyed myself this night and I’ll definitely be returning as I always! Thanks Benihana staff for an amazing dinner 😊

I took my best friend and boyfriend out to this place and didn't know what to expect. The prices seem high but the food was worth it! The chef prepared our food in front of us and was hilarious. He was engaging and even if he flubbed his performance he recovered quickly. The service staff was attentive to our every need and checked on us every step of the way. Looking at the menu may give you a bit of sticker shock but don't let that deter you. Parking was confusing. You're technically entering a hotel parking lot and you require a parking ticket to enter the gate but it's free if you're visiting the restaurant. Benihana is located INSIDE of the hotel so don't become worried if you can't see it from the outside. Happy eating!

I love this place. I go any time I can. There place can be packed and all the staff kept it cool and did awesome!! Food is always delicious!! Taking my girls from out of town on Friday and coworkers in a few weeks!

We paid over $50 for takeout that seemed like it was from someone else's leftovers. There was less than 2 oz of chicken and less than a half a cup of white rice. I've never felt angry after a meal until today. What makes it even better is that we had to wait 45 minutes for it. Absolutely awful experience.

The original American teppanyaki experience.The hibachi show is good, the food is excellent. I will say my steak bits at Benihana were better cooked, more tender, and more flavorful than most of their competition. However loses a star because the fried rice is an extra charge and the veggies were just zucchini and onions. Other hibachi places give a bit more for a similar or lower price.

Had an amazing time here, the food was on par with the local Hibachi in my town, and the service was top notch. Everything was cooked to perfection and the show was great.

One hour for food. Then it was just sitting there. Salmon is dry and food is barely warm. I’m turning this back in

Wife and I had just a great time no long waiting sure a few minutes no big deal it was like date night food and service excellent the bartender was a real gentleman from check in to check out very well done everyone as nice The Smyths Cincinnati Tay J (TJ) excellent (Loi) great bar tender, and Nico did a outstanding job

The wait was a little crazy about 1 hour. But the hostess took down our info and called us when the table was ready. Bruce our chef was awesome. Seasoned everything nicely. Cracked some jokes while keeping everyone entertained and engaged with his fast cooking and tricks. The food came out great had good quality and flavor. My biggest complaint was the overhead hud or the fan that absorbs all the smoke from the hibachi grill was basically non existent. I constantly sat in smoke and my face is all oily and sweaty from the grill. I could hear that it was on but I guess it wasnt powerful enough. The service wasnt too bad, our server checked on us and forgot some minor things but still got everything in the end. The location of this place is a bit odd attached to the hotel but it's still cool I guess. Maybe I'll come back again. Reading over all the 1 star reviews I got a good laugh.

This place did not disappoint! Food and atmosphere were excellent. Very professional and attentive staff. Very close to our resort and Disney Springs.

Not value!! First Long wait times. Even though we reserved the hibachi table beforehand. We have to wait 35 minutes more to get our table. Now again it took them 45 min more for the chef to finally show up after we are at hibachi table. How frustating!! Food was just plain average and i would say undercooked. Food is clearly no value for the high price you pay. Benihana at other places are far better than this. Not again!

Loved it!!! I had not been to a Benihana in nearly 10 years.. it was really good. The kids loved the show the chef put on.

The food here was amazing!! Definitely worth the price, when you eat here you will change your whole outlook on Hibachi!! The lemon butter sauce was divine!! The chicken fried rice amazing!! We ate all of our food and wanted more!! This kids meals were even filling and the chef's had that served as menus and activities were adorable!! I can't wait to go back!!

Food was amazing. The best Japanese steak house!!

It took over an hour to get my order that was promised in 20 minutes. The food was not good. The ramen didn’t even have a soft egg. How do you mess up ramen? Clearly not a specialty but I am so disappointed I don’t even think I’ll use the gift card they gave me for my troubles for anything other than bottled water.

Try the Las Vegas sushi roll, perfect combination of spicy and savory. Wonderful waitress, food was good. Rather small selection of desserts, unfortunately.

I never experienced this before, so entertaining! We watched the chef cook chicken fried rice. I had the hibachi steak, cooked to perfection. Came with the rice, soup, salad, and green tea.

We always go to a Benihana when there is one where we travel. That being said as a general rule we love it. We didn't have time for the presentation so we took a table near the sushi bar. We were waited on quickly. I ordered sushi which was very good, the filet mignon hibachi however was not hot and was a very stringy tough cut of mostly tiny pieces of meat. It was good that they were tiny because the larger pieces could not be chewed. The vegetables were mostly onions with a few zucchini pieces which were tasty. The fried rice in a bowl on the side tasted so strongly of garlic it couldn't be finished. Our waiter never came back the entire time and a second waiter wound up delivering our bill which we paid after telling him of our issues. I probably wouldn't go back to this location but will give them another try elsewhere as we've never had issues like this in the past. We have only done the grill presentation in the past and never food rite from the kitchen.

We sat in the bar for happy hour the sushi was good as always, but the miso soup had no flavor. I probably should have said something but I didn't. Still I will go back again because the food is typically delicious.

The go to place on vacation. No other place like it. Atmosphere top notch... Food is outstanding!

Group of 5, we decided on sit down instead of the hibachi side. We got three rolls and each of us got the supreme hibachi dish. The first issue came when the sushi rolls came out after the hibachi. The hibachi steak was over cooked past the point of recognition and the lobster was rubber. And this is prob TMI but half of the table had to literally run to the bathroom shortly after. Eat at your own risk

It's a great experience cuisine

After about 28 years I was back at Benihana again. Not because of any problem. It's just expensive and I have not had anyone who was interested in going over the years. Needless to say we had a great meal. I made reservations using Open Table and everything went smoothly. We were seated close to our time and had a nice group at our table. The waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout. Our chef had a bit of a comedy of errors, but nothing was bad and everyone was in good spirits. I hope to go back soon.

First time ever to a Benihana, it was great experience. Our chef Sam (Samurai) was a amazing cook overall, very active and overall happy. If I ever comeback I will request Sam. Our server was great as well getting drinks filled up on time and clearing plates when needed. The food was delicious, I highly recommend the "emperors feast" just a reminder for everyone, you probably will seat with strangers and the food is cooked by portions so your not getting all your food at the same time but this does not bother mean.

Was told 15 minutes on the phone for pick up. Arrived and at first they said it would be another 30 minutes!! Thankfully it was only another 15 minutes but that was 30+ minutes for what was supposed to be 15 total minutes. Also no clear parking for carry out. The food however once back at the condo was pretty good, could have been hotter but 8/10.

I went for the happy hour for sushi between 4 and 7 and was very pleased with the freshness of the sushi. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. I can't say anything negative about this Benihana. It is very good.

What a great experience and fun evening! We sat at the hibachi "tables" with a party of five of us. My in-laws came to town for a New Years' get together and we wanted to take them to someplace nice. The restaurant was very busy, so I was glad I made a reservation through OpenTable. We had a limited menu due to the holidays, but it had everything we liked. We all had the filet with a second selection. I had the sea scallops, my wife, daughter, and mother In-law had chicken, my father in-law had a lobster tail. It was fabulous. I definitely liked the lower sodium fried rice. It still has salt, but nowhere near what I have experienced at other restaurants. The only detractor, for me anyways, was the loud atmosphere. We were in a full dining room and found it to be quite loud. Other than that, we had a great evening and I would recommend Benihana to anyone/everyone looking for a very good, reasonably priced meal, with a good atmosphere. This is a definite "return" locale for our family.
